This online, competency-based micro-credential introduces learners to interRAI assessment system used to assess clients in Long Term Care, Home Care, Mental Health Care and Home and Continuing Care. After successful completion of this micro-credential, the learner should be able to recognize the acronyms used in the interRAI-LTCF language; demonstrate introductory knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument Long-Term Care Faciliites assessment form (inter RAI-LTCF) Learners will be introduced to assessment time spans known as “look back” periods, types and timing of the interRAI-LTCF, and the resulting outcome scores generated by the assessment
