1. How do I get access to Lambton College LTC Training Platform?
Your Lambton College LTC Training account will be automatically created after your training request is approved in CarePassport. Once approved, you'll receive an email containing your Lambton College LTC Training Platform login details.
2. How do I log in to Lambton College LTC Training Platform for the first time?
Use the login link provided in your account creation email. On your first login, you'll be required to change your password to something secure and easy for you to remember.
3. I forgot my Lambton College LTC Training Platform password. How can I reset it?
On the Lambton College LTC Training Platform login page, click on "Forgotten your username or password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
4. How do I enroll in courses on Lambton College LTC Training Platform?
You cannot manually enroll directly on Lambton College LTC Training Platform.
To enroll in courses:
Log into CarePassport.
Add your desired courses and submit your training request.
Once approved, you'll automatically be enrolled in those courses on Lambton College LTC Training Platform.
5. Why can't I see the course I want to take?
You must first request courses via CarePassport. Courses will only appear in Lambton College LTC Training Platform after your training request is approved. The list of available courses in Lambton College LTC Training Platform is for information purposes only—you cannot enroll directly from there.
6. How can I change the language of my courses?
Your course content updates automatically based on your chosen language. To change your language preference:
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner.
Select the down arrow → Language → Choose "English" or "French".
Your course content will refresh to the selected language automatically.
